9/27 Diet Log

After a few minutes of struggling with analog and digital nutrition fact books, Arlene and I decided that it's not going to be worth it to calculate the actual calories in my diet. I'd guess (and hope) that it's over 3000 for today.

9/27

Breakfast

-Rennet custard
-1 cup OJ
-1 cup coffee w/ half and half, splenda
-4 egg omelette w/ cheddar cheese
-2 slices garlic bread w/ smart balance

Lunch

-Large bowl homemade chicken soup
-Rennet custard (I'm on a rennet kick, ok?)
-12 oz milk w/ ovaltine malt, creatine monohydrate 5g

Snack

-Fluffernutter sandwich on white bread (take that Maggie!)

Dinner 1

-1 serving bbq brisket
-1 serving potato kugel
-1 banana

Dinner 2

-1 serving bbq brisket
-1 serving potato kugel
-1 serving green beans
-2 servings poppyseed cake
-12 oz milk

Before bed

-12 oz milk with 1 scoop of protein powder


Did I ever mention how nice it is to always have lots of awesome food at the ready?
